Please contact us for return instructions. We only accept returns for items that are brand new and have not been applied or removed from the backing paper. Please note that we will not accept returns for items that have been used or removed from the backing paper. All returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of delivery and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for international orders as a result of the lengthy transit time and customs duties.
If return is accepted, all sticker products must be returned in brand new / unused condition.
If a return is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If your order was shipped through a free shipping offer, a shipping charge of $4.00 or more, depending on the original shipping fee, will be deducted from your total refund.
If we receive returned products in used or damaged condition, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer a full refund. Instead, a partial or no refund may be applied in these cases.
As we do not resell returned sticker skins, all return products will be disposed, and buyers will bear a portion of the material cost.
A restocking fee of 20% will be applied on all returns of laptop, tablet, keyboard case, drone, and gaming device skins.
No restocking fees for returning phone or similar sized skins
For repeated / multiple items returns, there will be a restocking fee of 20% (up to 50%). This fee is to prevent customers from abusing return program.
